The General Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received new methodological recommendations from the academic staff of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 as a gift: "How to Protect Animals from Cruelty: Organizational, Criminal, Criminal Procedural and Forensic Aspects".
Alina Kosovska, Head of the Department for Investigation of Crimes in the Field of Economic and Official Activities of Kamianets-Podilskyi Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, and Tetiana Fomina, Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation, conducted a practical lesson on "Starting a Pre-trial Investigation" for the cadets of the Institute of Economics and Business.
On the eve of the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine who died in the struggle for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and the 10th anniversary of the Ilovaisk tragedy, thematic conversations were held for higher education students. The events were conducted by the curators of the educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4 Valentyna Lavrusenko, Maria Artiukhova and Andrii Prokhorov.
For the cadets of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 1 and No. 4, the lesson on "Combating Crime" was conducted by the investigator of the Department for Investigation of Crimes Committed Against the Life and Health of a Person of Pryluky District Police Department of the Main Police Department in Chernihiv Region, Police Lieutenant Ivan Huzhovskyi and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 Tetiana Shevchuk.
The video lecture "Healthy Lifestyle - Preventing the Use of Alcohol, Tobacco and Drugs" was held online and offline at all university locations. The first-year students who are attending the camp met with specialists from Vinnytsia Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
The psychological support of the camp training continues, one of the stages of which is the psychological diagnosis of the new cadets. Several tests are used to determine their current psycho-emotional state, some personality traits and characteristics so that the psychologist can prevent possible difficulties during the cadets' adaptation period and provide psychological support if necessary.
The first-year students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are currently undergoing a camp training, demonstrated their dedication, physical potential and team spirit during a sports and patriotic holiday dedicated to the National Flag Day and Independence Day of Ukraine.
Employees of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs: Vitalii Romaniuk, Director of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1, and Oleksandr Pabat, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Educational and Research Institute No. 3, took part in a roundtable discussion on the topic "Ukrainian State in the Face of Challenges and Prospects of (Post)Wartime".
On the occasion of the National Flag Day and Independence Day of Ukraine, sports and patriotic events were held at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, with the participation of freshmen of the camp camp of the University's Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4 and Sumy branch.
Olena Vasylieva and Yelyzaveta Posna, specialists of the Psychological Support Department of the Human Resources Department of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conducted training sessions with the first-year students of the camp.
