
The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Expertise of the ERI #1 organized a practical lesson for cadets on the subject "Policeman's Actions at the Scene of an Incident". The lesson took place at a specially equipped location that simulated the scene of the execution of civilians.

Professor of the Department of Civil, Labor and Economic Law, Candidate of Law Oleksandr SHYSHKA held a curatorial hour for 4th-year students of the ERI No. 1. The participants considered key issues related to observing official discipline during service.

Representative of the scientific circle of the department "Current problems of the theory and history of state and law", cadet of the ERI No. 1 Lidia ONIIENKO took part in a one-day training on the human rights protection of veterans and their family members, organized by the NGO "Legal Hundred" with the support of international partners.

The curator, lecturer of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Expertise, Yevhen ZOZULIA, met with 4th year cadets of the ERI No. 1. During the event, the main issues of organizing the educational process, academic integrity, and discipline were discussed.

An information hour was held for first-year students, dedicated to observing the rules of life and ensuring personal and collective hygiene. The event was held by the curator of the study group, Professor of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Expertise Oleksandr YUKHNO.

The Autumn School on Investigating Crimes Related to Human Trafficking has begun in Lviv. The event is organized as part of a joint project of the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine.

The Head of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Candidate of Philological Sciences Natalia YELNIKOVA and Associate Professors of the same department - Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Inna HOLOPYCH and Candidate of Philological Sciences Natalia KOBYLKO held an organizational meeting of the circle with students.

A meeting of first-year students with the curator, professor of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Science, Svitlana KNYZHENKO, took place at the ERI No. 1. During the meeting, an important issue was discussed - the formation of patriotism among young people.

As part of informal education, cadets of the graduating courses of the ERI No. 1 took part in a training course on first aid organized by the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. During the training, the participants got acquainted with the M.A.R.C.H. protocol, which determines the sequence of actions in critical situations.

Members of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science took part in the online conference "Inventors and Scientists: Together for Victory". The event became a platform for discussing topical issues of integrating scientific developments into the sphere of ensuring national security.
