A freshman of the ERI No. 1 of KhNUIA, Bohdan MATIUSHYN, took part in the All-Ukrainian Shotokan Karate-do S.K.I.F. competitions, which were held on April 5-6 in Kyiv. The tournament brought together both experienced athletes and beginners. The cadet showed a decent result and took 3rd place in the "kata" category among men 18-19 years old.

On this topic, cadets of the ERI No. 1, who are involved in the work of the Legal Clinic branch in Kamianets-Podilskyi, together with the coordinator of the branch - Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Yulia ZAHUMENNA - participated in a two-day All-Ukrainian training.

The Ukrainian Muay Thai Boxing Championship among adults was held in Kyiv, which brought together the strongest athletes from different parts of the country. Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was worthily represented by cadets of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1 and No. 2.

A regional men's sambo championship was held in Vinnytsia, in which cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs participated. The university representatives demonstrated high skill and willpower, winning prizes in various weight categories.

Higher education students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1–4 successfully completed a cycle of classes on mine safety and prevention of risks associated with explosive objects. The goal of the course is to train EORE trainers who will disseminate knowledge about mine danger among children and adults, contributing to the formation of skills for safe behavior in risky conditions.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1 Valeria HNATENKO talked with graduating students of Taraniv Lyceum named after the Heroes of Shironin, Zmiiv City Council, Chuhuiv District, Kharkiv Region.

A binary lesson for higher education students of the ERI No. 4 was conducted by the senior operational officer of the cybercrime countermeasures department in Ivano-Frankivsk region of the Cyberpolice Department of the NPU Nazar KLIUFINSKYI together with the Professor of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of the ERI No. 4 Svitlana LUCHYK.

On this topic, a binary lesson for 1st year cadets of the ERI No. 1 was conducted by the investigator of the department for solving crimes committed against the life and health of a person, Kamianets-Podilskyi Regional Unit of the Main Department of National Police of Khmelnytskyi Region, Oleksandr BARBANIUK, and the senior lecturer of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Natalia YELNIKOVA.

As part of career guidance activities, Ruslan CHICHA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, held a meeting with graduates of secondary school No. 2 in Zalishchyky, Zalishchyky City Council, Ternopil region.

On the initiative of the Department of Operational-Investigative Activity and Crime Solution of the ERI No. 2, a meeting of the cadets of the ERI No. 1 with the operational officers of the sector for detecting crimes against property of Kamianets-Podilskyi Regional Police Department of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region, graduates of KhNUIA - Oleksii PASHALYK and Nazar ILKOVYCH.
