
On this day, support for people with Down syndrome is held all over the world under the name “Lots of Socks”. In Ukraine, it is held under the hashtag #Shkarpetuisia. Cadets and students at all locations of KhNUIA joined the action, demonstrating their tolerance and support by wearing bright, odd-numbered socks as a symbol of the extra chromosome.

On this topic, an online course on the VUM platform was successfully completed by cadets and students of the Master's degree program of the ERI No. 1. Within the framework of the non-formal (informal) education program, participants received in-depth knowledge on academic integrity.

A career guidance online meeting with graduating students of Taraniv Lyceum named after Heroes of Shironin of Zmiiv City Council of Kharkiv region was held by Valeria HNATENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1.

Tetiana HANZHA, a leading researcher at the research laboratory on problems of pre-trial investigation of the ERI No. 1, during a career orientation conversation, presented to future entrants the options for obtaining the educational levels of "bachelor" and "master" at the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 of KhNUIA.

Curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational talks for students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5 on the topic "The Greatness of the Word: Speech Culture of a Developed Person". They discussed with cadets and students the culture of speech, sources and methods of its formation.

Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Olena HORASH talked with future graduates of Putyl Lyceum of Putyl settlement council of Vyzhnytskyi district of Chernivtsi region. She presented the high school students with educational and scientific institutes and specialties in which specialists are trained.

Higher education students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs had the opportunity to talk with their idol. Oleksandr talked about his path in sports, what inspires and motivates him to win, and emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline not only in sports, but also in everyday life in order to achieve success and significant results.

First-year cadets of the ERI No. 1 took part in a binary lesson on the topic of police response to urgent calls within the discipline "Foreign Language of Professional Orientation". The event was conducted by Viktoria BILA, investigator of the police department No. 1 of Pervomaiskyi district police department of the Main Police Department of Mykolaiv region, and representatives of the Language Training Department.

Students of the ERI No. 1, together with the head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation, Tetiana FOMINA, visited Kamianets-Podilskyi City District Court of Khmelnytskyi region as part of their study of the discipline "Measures to Ensure Criminal Proceedings".

At the initiative of the Head of the cadet council of the ERI No. 1, Anzhela STETSIUK, a meeting of cadets was organized with a volunteer, military serviceman, participant in hostilities, who is currently working as a doctor in one of the regional hospitals of Ukraine.
