The management of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a career guidance meeting with future applicants and their parents from Volyn, Luhansk, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi and other regions on the topic "Features of admission and study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2024". More than 500 locations joined the online meeting.
The 2nd-4th year cadets of the Faculty № 2 (Criminal Police), who are studying in the educational programs "Accounting and Taxation", "Law" and "Law Enforcement" and are undergoing training in different regions of Ukraine, organize information meetings with students of the final grades of general secondary education institutions.
During the line-up of the shift personnel of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the cadets who became the winners and prize-winners of the All-Ukrainian tournament "Young Ukraine Cup" in sambo wrestling, which took place in Kyiv, were awarded.
Applicants for higher education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the Muay Thai Boxing Cup of Ukraine, which was held in Odesa, and won prizes according to the results of the competition.
The first optional class of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the second semester of the academic year 2023/2024 on the topic "Features of Criminal Law Policy in the Time of War" was held by Yurii Orlov, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA.
The 2nd-4th year cadets, who receive higher education at the first (bachelor's) level in the educational programs "Accounting and Taxation", "Law" and "Law Enforcement", continue to improve their practical competencies in the investigation and inquiry bodies, criminal police units, preventive activities, financial support and accounting, courts, etc.
The All-Ukrainian tournament "Young Ukraine Cup" in sambo wrestling took place in Kyiv. The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the sporting events. They took the following prizes.
The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have once again provided assistance to medical institutions by becoming blood donors. 40 cadets of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 came to the regional blood service center together with their supervisors, course officers, and faculty members.
A regular meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law was held, which was attended by cadets of the Faculties №№ 1-4. The meeting was held online and offline. During the meeting, chaired by Associate Professor Stanislav Ivanov, topical issues related to changes in the law of Ukraine under martial law were discussed.
Within the framework of cooperation and exchange of experience between the specialists of the Dog Training Center of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region and the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, an additional practical lesson on the topic "The procedure for service by units of the National Police of Ukraine at a checkpoint under the legal regime of martial law" was held for cadets of Faculties № 2 and № 3.
