Volunteer cadets of the Faculties № 2 and № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs under the guidance of Mariia Artiukhova, a specialist of the Social and Humanitarian Work Department, have manufactured another batch of camouflage nets for the units of the Special Police Department "Joint Assault Brigade of the National Police of Ukraine "Liut" in two weeks.
With the organizational support of the International Cooperation Department, representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are gaining new knowledge on the LEEd CEPOL online educational platform from the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training.
Within the framework of the All-Ukrainian action "16 Days Against Violence", the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work together with the Department of Psychological Support of the Human Resources Department held an information and educational event for higher education students of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic "Interaction of entities involved in the prevention and counteraction of domestic violence. Activities of specialized support services for victims of domestic violence".
The Head of the Department of Labor and Commercial Law, Lieutenant Colonel of Police Kostiantyn Melnyk, together with the Deputy Head of the Prevention Sector of the Police Department No. 3 of Kharkiv District Police Department No. 3, Police Captain Oleksandr Lavrinenko, held a binary lesson for the cadets of Faculty No. 2 of the study group 203 on the topic "Employment Agreement".
Traditionally, on the eve of the New Year holidays, representatives of the management of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs congratulate cadets and students who are orphans or children deprived of parental care, those who lost their relatives in the Russian-Ukrainian war on St. Nicholas Day. Members of the Parliament and representatives of state authorities also joined the event.
The 1st year students of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have replenished the stocks of donated blood and its components by joining the "Donate Blood - Save Lives" campaign. Its main goal is to help those who need it most. Donated blood helps to treat and save lives.
On St. Nicholas Day, the leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs holds meetings with cadets and students who are orphans, deprived of parental care, and those who have lost relatives in the ongoing war. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rector of the University Serhii Bortnyk, MP of Ukraine, member of the Supervisory Board of the University Iryna Borzova, and Head of Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Serhii Borzov.
St. Nicholas Day is the most anticipated holiday by children. Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, and cadets prepared and held a number of festive charity events for young Ukrainians as part of the "Give a Child Joy" volunteer campaign.
Viktoriia Pertseva, Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2, together with her supervisory group, organized a series of career guidance meetings in educational institutions of Kharkiv and Vinnytsia regions, where young men and women who entered Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and became cadets studied until recently.
During the morning formation of the personnel of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3, the Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Serhii Bortnyk congratulated and presented awards to the winners of scientific competitions.
