Events on the occasion of the swearing in of freshmen police officers took place at all locations of the university. The future specialists of the National Police units swore to serve the Ukrainian people faithfully, protect the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, and the territorial integrity of the state.

On October 1, when Ukraine will celebrate the Day of Defenders of Ukraine for the first time on a new date, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has initiated a minute of silence at 9:00 a.m. to honor the memory of all fallen Heroes.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted sports competitions dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, in which the teams of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 took part. 

On the Day of Remembrance of the Babyn Yar Tragedy, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work conducted excursions for cadets of the Faculties № 2 and № 3 based on the exhibition "Forgotten Victims", which was provided by the Vinnytsia Museum for the International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Fascism.

Artem Bilousov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4, held a meeting of the scientific club for 3rd year cadets of the Faculty № 2, on the topic "The Role of Abbreviations and Slang Words in English during the Military Operations in Ukraine".

Pavlo Mitrukhov, Head of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities and Crime Solution of the Faculty No. 2, together with Iryna Shynkarenko, Associate Professor of the same department, held a meeting of the Operative Scientific Club. Head of the Department of Labor and Commercial Law of the Faculty № 2 Kostiantyn Melnyk held a binary lesson with the head of the JV OP № 1 of Chuhuiv RPD Viacheslav Palii on the topic: "Labor Agreement" with the study group 205 of the Faculty № 3.

Every year, on September 30, Ukraine celebrates the All-Ukrainian Library Day.
On the eve of the holiday, the 2nd and 3rd year cadets of Faculty No. 2, who are studying in the specialties "Law", "Accounting and Taxation" and "Law Enforcement", attended the event "Introduction to New Literature".

The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a concert at Vinnytsia Regional Philharmonic named after M. D. Leontovych for applicants for higher education of the Faculties № 2 and № 3. The concert was held on the occasion of the opening of the 87th concert season with the participation of guests - the Academic Symphony Orchestra of Khmelnytskyi Philharmonic.
