On this topic, a binary lesson for 3rd year cadets of the ERI No. 4 in the discipline "Special Physical Training" was conducted by Bohdan LUKIN, Associate Professor of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2, and Roman PAVLOV, a teacher of the same department, together with Yevhen PAZIUK, a police officer of the 1st company of the 1st BPP serving Kamianets-Podilskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region, the SPP.

The next meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Fire Training of the ERI No. 2 of KhNUIA was held under the chairmanship of its Head - Associate Professor of the department Maksym VLADYMYROV. The participants considered the topic "Use of the latest VR technologies (VR - virtual reality) in institutions with specific training conditions", discussed the writing of scientific papers on this topic.

Celebrations dedicated to the National Emblem of Ukraine Day were held at all locations of the university. They were attended by the Rector of the university Valerii SOKURENKO, Vice-Rectors Serhii BORTNYK, Oleksandr MUZYCHUK, Directors of Educational and Research Institutes, university staff, and students.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 Kostiantyn BUTENKO met with high school students of the municipal institution Kharkiv Lyceum with Enhanced Military-Physical Training "Pravookhoronets" of Kharkiv Regional Council. He focused on the conditions for passing the entrance exams to KhNUIA in physical fitness.

For the purpose of physical rehabilitation, maintaining shape and increasing tone, a sports lesson with a combat participant, war veteran Serhii HONCHAROV was conducted by Ivan OMELIANENKO, a senior lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2. He developed a set of strength exercises for Serhii aimed at strengthening the muscles of the arms and upper shoulder girdle.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activity and Crime Solution of the ERI No. 2 of KhNUIA completed training on this topic. The event was held on the basis of OSUIA under the leadership of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the National Police of Ukraine.

Senior investigator in especially important cases - criminalist of the investigative department of the MDNP in Vinnytsia region Inna KAHLIAK, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1 Valeria HNATENKO, conducted a lesson for higher education students of the ERI No. 2.

Deputy Director for Educational and Scientific Research of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2, Associate Professor Serhii HIRENKO, Head of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines, Professor Iryna SIEVIDOVA, and Associate Professors of the same department Natalia PAVLENKO and Viktoria VELIIEVA held a career guidance meeting.

The Scientific Center for Building Integrity and Preventing Corruption in the Security and Defense Sector of the National University of Ukraine hosted a presentation of the manual “Solving Dilemmas in the Public Sector Workplace”. The event brought together international experts, academics and representatives of government agencies.

Oleksandr SHEPELEV, a lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2, and Dmytro MINKO, a senior district officer of the 4th Police Department of Ternopil Regional Police Department in Ternopil region, together with the cadets of the ERI No. 4, analyzed in detail the methods of detaining an offender during the front approach with the arm bent behind the back (“jerk”, “lock”, “kidney”).
