
Ihor Ostrovskyi, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI №2, and Anastasiia Flisnyk and Valeriia Shurda, 4th year cadets of the ERI №1, held a career guidance meeting with 10-11th grade students and Olha Kryzhanivska, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

The students of the ERI No. 2 Serhii Zarovnyi, Maksym Bilyk and Kateryna Fomenko held a series of meetings with future graduates and teachers of general secondary education institutions: in Vinnytsia region - Lyceum with a preschool division in the village of Lisova Lysiivka, in Sumy region - Hlukhiv Secondary School No. 2, in Mykolaiv - Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 9.

For the students of the ERI No. 2, the classes were conducted by Oleh Kryshtal, Senior Operative Officer of Izium District Police Department in Kharkiv Region, Vitalii Yakovliev, Investigator of Pavlohrad District Police Department in Dnipro Region, together with Kateryna Penzieva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science.

Most of the final year cadets of the Educational and Research Institutes №№ 1-4 and Sumy branch of KhNUIA will serve in the frontline and de-occupied territories of Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Dnipro regions, as well as in the units of the National Police of other regions after graduation.

Another training session with a combatant Serhii Vasyliev, who was seriously wounded at the front, was conducted by Ihor Ostrovskyi, a senior lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI №2. This time, the coach focused on rehabilitation swimming as an effective way to prevent pathologies of the musculoskeletal system.

During their holiday leave, students of the ERI No. 1 Anton Stelmakh, ERI No. 2 Sofiia Miasoiedova and ERI No. 3 Stanislav Bieilevich met with 11th grade students of Slobozhanskyi Lyceum of Kehychiv Village Council of Krasnohrad District of Kharkiv Region. They told the high school students about the conditions and rules of admission to the police university.

During the summer vacation, second-year cadets of the ERI No. 2 Mykhailo Kochetov, Maria Malska, Yaroslav Shumskyi, Nikita Bolkovenko, Daria Mohylna, Alisa Lupuliak, together with the deputy head of the course Tetiana Kudreiko, held conversations on the topic "Features of admission and study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2025" with graduating students.

On this topic, on the Day of Honoring Participants in the Elimination of the Consequences of Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant Accident, the curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held thematic informational and educational conversations with cadets of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4.

Representatives of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2 told future applicants about the specialties in which cadets are trained, drawing special attention of schoolchildren to the advantages and features of the educational process at the university, and guaranteed employment for graduates.

The fighters told the graduating cadets about the history of the brigade's creation, its structure and tasks - the fight against Russian occupiers, participation in assault operations, the liberation of settlements from the enemy. They especially paid attention to the features of the selection of candidates for the unit, the provision of police officers, and the technical armament of the brigade.
