As part of the improvement of research activity, Assistant Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Process of the Faculty No. 1, Iryna Kazanchuk, improved her qualifications by remotely participating in an educational online webinar on the topic "Functional capabilities of the Scopus scientometric database - how to use its capabilities", organized by Elsevier with the support of the Ministry of Education and sciences of Ukraine.

Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Process of the Faculty No. 1 Iryna Kazanchuk, Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Olena Lukianykhina participated in the international forum "Academic Integrity Forum" from Unicheck and National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.

The School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held the sixth webinar in cooperation with the Left Bank Kyiv Center on providing free secondary legal assistance. The theme of the event is "Love is eternal, but it doesn't hurt to know the legal details of marriage".

For first year applicants for higher education of the Faculties No. 1-4, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a class was held to familiarize them with the features of work and functionality of the information and communication system "Educational and Scientific Portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine".

Under the chairmanship of the Dean of Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, Police Colonel Oleksandr Muzychuk, with the participation of Deputy Dean Vladyslav Neviadovskyi, a working scientific and methodological meeting of the Dean's Office and specialized departments of Faculty No. 1 was held on the issues of strengthening the practical component in the educational process and methodical provision of a new educational discipline for fourth-year cadets "Actions investigative and operative groups of the National Police for documenting war crimes".

Cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with the students of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University and Luhansk National University named after Taras Shevchenko, took part in a two-day meeting with representatives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and an anti-corruption brainstorming session.

During the morning line-up of the cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Dean of the Faculty No. 1, Police Colonel Oleksandr Muzychuk, presented epaulettes to the cadets who were assigned regular special ranks of the junior police force, thanks and awards to the employees and cadets of the faculty.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the Ukrainian Muay Thai boxing championship among adults, which was held from October 13 to 16 in Odessa.

During the Muay Thai Thai Boxing Championship of Ukraine among adults held in Odessa, the 4th-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 Police Corporal Yehor Skurikhin was presented with the certificate "Master of Sports of Ukraine of International Class" in Muay Thai Boxing.

Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 2 held a meeting of the scientific circle. The main theme of the scientific meeting was "The role of the Ukrainian language, culture and traditions in the struggle for freedom and independence".
