Tetiana Matiushkova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminology, Forensic Expertise and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1, completed the training "Stopping massive bleeding", improving her knowledge and skills in providing pre-medical care to victims of injuries that lead to massive bleeding.
A tactical shooting competition was held for cadets of Faculty № 1 and № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs by Volodymyr Yevtushok, a lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of Faculty № 3.
On the occasion of International Youth Day, applicants for higher education of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in sports competitions organized by the Youth Policy Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council.
Third and fourth year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 took part in the training on the topics "Tactical Combat Casualty Care" ("Providing aid to the wounded in the conditions of hostilities") and "Basic Life Support" (Basic Life Support Protocol), which took place in Kamianets-Podilskyi during August 8–10, 2022.
Tetiana Fomina, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the Faculty No. 1, took part in a training event organized by the "Prohresylni" community in Kamianets-Podilskyi.
Cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, with the aim of national and patriotic education of youth, visited Vitalii Pravorskyi's art exhibition "Fight and Overcome!" in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi. The event was held with the assistance of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of the university.
With the assistance of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a meeting was organized for cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 with the author of the book “Shchedryk against the Russian world. Symon Petliura's cultural diplomacy: the mission of Oleksandr Koshyts Chapel” by Tina Peresunko.
Cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs regularly join open groups that make camouflage nets for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. One of the most effective and necessary means of disguising manpower and equipment will be handed over to the military of the 127th Territorial Defense Brigade of Kharkiv.
Sports lifestyle contributes to the professional preparation of cadets for service activity in internal affairs authorities. Competitions and participation in sports events help law enforcement officers to develop professional qualities. During the educational program of the scientific group "SHCHYT", cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs ran through the historical places of Kamianets-Podilskyi.
Third-year cadets of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs became participants of the testing conducted by the head of the Center for Psychiatric Care and Psychophysiological Selection of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of Khmelnytskyi Region", psychiatrist and narcologist Andrii Oliper.
