On the eve of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, cadets of the Faculties № 1 and № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs were informed about detection and investigation of crimes committed in the field of drug trafficking and psychotropic substances during an informational and educational hour.

The cadets of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs became blood donors for the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Someone joined the charity initiative for the first time and there were those who donated blood several times.

Dmytro Slynko, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1, passed advanced training program, taking part in the webinar "Copyright in Ukraine: just about complex" LLC "Vseosvita".

An introductory meeting was held for students with the leadership of the university and Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in Vinnytskyi and Khmelnytskyi regions. During the meeting with the cadets, Valerii Sokurenko, Rector of the university, stressed the strict observance of discipline and legality during the practice and issues of personal security, which become especially relevant during martial law in the country.

Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1 Viktor Lazariev took part in the III International Scientific and Practical Conference «Modernization of Domestic Legal System Within World Integration». The scientific event was held by the Flight Academy of National Aviation University. Scientists from different countries all over the world took part in its work online.

The management board of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held an organization and methodological briefing with master`s degree students, who are sent for internship in the territorial units of the National Police.

Representatives of the Faculty № 1 of KhNUIA – Head of the Department of Criminal Process and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation Vitalii Romaniuk, Professor of the Department of Criminal Process and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation Hennadii Hlobenko held a work meeting with practical employees of Kamianets-Podilskyi Regional Department of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi region of Kamianets-Podilskyi regional Department of Trial and Medical Expertise.

June 22 – Day of mourning and commemoration of the war victims in Ukraine. It was on this day in 1941 that the new phase of the Second World War began, which covered the territory of modern Ukraine.

The management and cadets of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs honored the memory of the heroes and put flowers to the Obelisk to the soldiers who died for free and independent Ukraine.

Mass-cultural work at university takes a significant place in educational work with students and considered as space for creative self-realization in free time. The fourth-year cadets of the Faculty № 1 together with the Specialist of the Faculty Ruslan Yedynyi with the assistance of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited the play "Khanuma" of Khmelnytskyi Regional Academic Music and Drama Theatre named after M. Starytskyi.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Pre-trial Investigation of the Faculty № 1 Alina Piddubna and Lecturer of the same Department Iryna Nechaieva together with Andrii Prystach – Police Captain and Senior Investigator of the Department of Commercial and Service Activity, Investigation Division of Regional Police Department of MDNP in Kamianets-Podilskyi city, Khmelnytskyi region, conducted a binary lesson on the subject "Preparation of procedural documents at the stage of pre-trial investigation" for cadets of the study group 404, Faculty № 1.
