Cadets master the practical aspects of the work of Pre-trial Investigation Bodies

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the Faculty No. 1, Alina Piddubna, together with the investigator of the investigation sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi RPD of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi region, conducted a binary class on the discipline "Pre-trial Investigation" for the study group 401 of the Faculty No. 1 on the topic "Peculiarities of criminal offenses Pre-trial Investigation".

The 4th year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 and representatives of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the University took part in the two-day training "Application of the practice of the ECtHR in the consideration of criminal proceedings on corruption", which took place in Kamianets-Podilskyi during July 14-15, 2022, organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine within the framework of the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme, funded by the European Union.

Theory, methodology and practice", held in Prague, Czech Republic.

The university cadets conducted a training for immigrant children

Participants of the Center for Social Projects of the School of Scientific Leadership, 2nd-year cadets of the Faculty No. 1, Yaroslav Borshch, Oleksandr Kurilkin, and Anzhela Protsenko, in partnership with Unicef, conducted a training for migrant children from eastern Ukraine on personal safety measures during martial law.

Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 1 Yurii Orlov conducted a combined elective lesson with 4th year cadets dedicated to the problems of using the practice of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter – the ECtHR) in the work of the pre-trial investigation and inquiry bodies of the National Police.
