The first-year cadets of the University took the Oath and received police badges

On the Day of the Defender of Ukraine the ceremonial events on the occasion of the taking the Oath of Police officer by first-year cadets were held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. During all the period of study young men and women are brought up by the staff of the University as courageous, strong, fearless, faithful to duty and officer honor, because they are the future defenders of the order and law in our country.

Illia Tohobytskyi, a cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs became a winner in a boxing competition

The Ukrainian boxing championship among the youth was held in Khmelnytskyi City, in which cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part. Illia Tohobytskyi, a 2-nd year cadet of the Faculty No. 2 won the first place in the weight category up to 75 kg according to the results of the competitions.

Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs summed up the results of the camp training with the freshmen cadets. The Dean of the Faculty, Colonel of Police Konstantin Garbuzyuk noted the importance of the camp training for the formation of future employees of the National Police and presented awards to the best athletes who won first places in the University Games.

Youth entrepreneurship as a way to reduce youth unemployment in Ukraine

A meeting of the scientific circle of Labor and Economic Law Department of the Faculty № 2 on the topic "Youth Entrepreneurship as a way to reduce youth unemployment in Ukraine" was held. The purpose of the event is to increase awareness of student youth about the role of youth entrepreneurship in raising living standards, reducing unemployment through job creation, forming a layer of "middle class", which is the basis of social and economic reforms, guarantor of political stability and democratic development.

KhNUIA employees received awards from the Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration

Oleksii Kucher the Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration congratulated the lawyers of Kharkiv Region on their professional holiday – the Lawyer’s Day and presented awards. Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs employees also received awards.

Binary lesson on the Ukrainian language

Nataliia Yelnikova, a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and Yuliia Hariunova, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Ukrainian Language of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, conducted a binary lesson on “Purity of language as a communicative and stylistic aspect” for cadets of the Faculty No. 1.

Training for pupils on issues relating to cyberbullying prevention has been conducted

Oleksandr Sokolov, Police Major, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Vlad Stepanenko the Ordinary Police, a fourth-year cadet of the Faculty No. 2 have conducted a lecture and practical training on cyberbullying prevention for pupils of Kharkiv comprehensive school of I-III levels No. 72 of Kharkiv Municipal Council of Kharkiv Region.

Binary classes for cadets on constitutional and legal issues

Teachers of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducted binary classes on current topics. Senior Lecturer of the Department, Candidate of Legal Sciences Nataliia Filipska conducted a binary lesson for cadets of the Faculty No. 2 study group 403 in the Discipline “Constitutional and legal principles of statehood of Ukraine” on “The role of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other Paramilitary Formations in defending the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability”.

KhNUIA cadets took the top places in the Ukrainian Savate French Boxing Championship

The Ukrainian Savate French Boxing Championship ended in Odesa. The competition was attended by 250 athletes from 25 sports clubs in 13 regions of Ukraine. The cadets of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs successfully competed in the championship and took the top places.
