Celebrations dedicated to the anniversary of the outstanding Ukrainian woman took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the cultural and educational center of the faculty № 2. Lesia Ukrainka (Larysa Petrivna Kosach) was born on February 25, 150 years ago. Without exaggeration, she is one of the most prominent figures in the history of Ukrainian culture, a mystical writer, intellectual, word сreator, fragile in body, but surprisingly strong in spirit, a talented pianist, a seascape painter who was blessed by God.

Round table of the scientific circle of the Department of Ukrainian Studies

The Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty № 2 KhNUIA held a round table "Lesia Ukrainka: fate, era, creativity." Opening the meeting, the head of the circle Olena Overchuk emphasized the role of the great Ukrainian poetess, playwright, translator, scientist, public figure in Ukrainian and world culture.

Lecture for the anniversary of Lesia Ukrainka

Nataliia Yelnikova, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies, Faculty № 2 with the staff of the University Department of Social and Humanitarian Work gave a video lecture for cadets and students dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Lesia Ukrainka.

Binary lesson on Labor Law

Tamara Yatsenko, Candidate of Law, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Labor and Economic Law, Faculty № 2, conducted a binary lesson for second-year cadets, Faculty № 2, entitled “Peculiarities of Interaction of National Police Units in Official Activity” in Labor Law.

Practical training with cadets on tactics of action in case of intense fire contact

The employees of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Associate Professor Ihor Vlasenko and Lecturers, Police Captain Tykhon Shevchenko and Senior Police Lieutenant Oleksandr Skliar conducted  the optional practical lesson on tactical and special training on the topic "Practice of certain tactical actions of the employees of the National Police in case of intensive fire contact".

To the International Native Language Day

On February 21, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs traditionally celebrates the International Native Language Day. Employees of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of the University organized a video lecture for cadets and students of the university, which was conducted by Nataliia Yelnikova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty № 2.

Instruction of cadets on the eve of internship

A meeting of the management of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with cadets of the last year of study of faculties №№ 1, 2, 4. From February 22 to May 30, 2021, 300 cadets of the last year of study in the specialty "Law" will be sent for internships to the twenty-one MDNP in the regions and Departments of NPU - strategic investigations and criminal analysis.
