At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, studies at the School of Pedagogical Excellence for the 2022/2023 academic year are ongoing. A class was held on the topic "Speech competence as one of the factors in the formation of the professional image of a lecturer of a higher education institution", the lecturer of which was the assistant professor of the Department of Ukrainian Studies, Faculty No. 2, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Inna Holopych.

KhNUIA lecturers conducted driving skills training for "Hospitaliers"

In the city of Kyiv, on a volunteer basis, certified lecturers of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducted another training for the representatives of the volunteer field medicine battalion "Hospitaliers" on improving the skills of driving a car in extreme conditions.

Trainings “Crisis and Growth: Mental Health and Assistance to Survivors of Trauma” started at the university

All cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs will receive the skills to provide first psychological aid thanks to the introduction of the training “Crisis and Growth: Mental Health and Assistance to Survivors of Trauma”, developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Defenders of Donetsk airport were honored at the university

On January 16, Ukraine has the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Donetsk Airport. Graduates of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs honored the memory of servicemen and volunteers who showed courage and heroism for 242 days while defending Donetsk airport. As a sign of respect and gratitude for their bravery, the cadets put flowers at the memorial.

Future police psychologists undergo training

Natalia Miloradova, professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA, checked the completion of in-service training by cadets who are studying in specialty 053 "Psychology". The lecturer provided advice on the preparation of reporting documents and the writing of a qualification paper, which involves the solution of a complex specialized task.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - First Vice-Rector Oleksandr Morhunov, Vice-Rector Anatolii Klochko, Dean of the Faculty No. 2 Ihor Nazarenko, Dean of the Faculty No. 3 Hennadii Zvirianskyi, course officers and staff of the university once again joined the donor movement and donated blood and its components for the needs military personnel.

Career guidance work in Kharkiv region continues online

The Head of the Department of Recruiting and Organization of Career Guidance Work, Olena Chornous, and associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Faculty No. 3, Pavlo Chervonyi, held an online meeting with the graduates of the Communal Institution "Chuhuiv Lyceum No. 1 named after I.Yu. Riepin". More than 27 locations joined the event, which was attended by both graduates and their parents.

Psychological support of the military

The Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA organized work on providing psychological consultations for those who need support in war conditions. Recently, the head of the department, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Fedorenko met with servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Internship verification is ongoing

During a visit to the practical units of the police of Kharkiv Region, the senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, Oleksii Manyk, checked the completion of internships by cadets of the 3-4 courses of Faculties No. 1 and No. 3.

Svitlana Kharchenko, professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA, held a career orientation meeting at Kharkiv Secondary School of I-III Levels No. 30 with Oksana Derevianko, Deputy Director for Educational Work.
