Vice-rectors of the university, Police Colonel Serhii Bortnyk and Anatolii Klochko, held a meeting with junior commanders of the university cadet units. Issues related to the performance of assigned duties, compliance with the law, official discipline, requirements of the Oath of a police officer, statutes, orders, norms of morality, professional and official ethics were discussed.
Another meeting of the scientific and practical circle of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 of the tactical special unit "SHСHYT" was held, dedicated to the anniversary of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. During the meeting, they discussed the issues of tactics, weapons, specifics of the use of technical means, etc.

At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the "United and Strong" athletics race took place, timed to the anniversary of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. Vice-rectors, deans of faculties, heads of structural divisions, and cadets covered the specified distance.
On the anniversary of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a flash mob in Vinnytsia. As the Rector of the university, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko, said, "the flash mob is a requiem for all the dead, commemoration of the soldiers who gave their lives defending Ukraine, civilians who died during the war. We will do everything to free our land from the enemy! We are strong and united, we will win!"
At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a round table was held on the topic "Activities of youth organizations, student (cadet) self-governments during the war", organized by the cadet-student self-government of the university.
On the eve of the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, Associate Professor of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3 Kateryna Chyshko held a binary lesson on documenting administrative offenses in the field of road safety for first-year cadets of the Faculty No. 2 with the participation of Oleh Inozemtsev, Senior Inspector of Juvenile Prevention of the Prevention Sector of Bashtanskyi DPD of the MDNP in Mykolaivska Oblast.
The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine led to a significant number of changes in the functioning of the state apparatus, the social life of the country, and legislation. Substantial amendments and additions were made to a number of legal acts regulating the work of the National Police.
