Academic integrity is the foundation of education quality

Alona Bahaieva, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Police and Public Administration, Faculty № 3, took the online course "Academic Integrity: Online Course for Lecturers", gaining knowledge of the impact on academic integrity of the design of educational programs and disciplines, formats of current and control assessment, teaching methods and communication with students, and gained practical skills in using software to check texts for textual matches.

Binary lesson on proceedings in cases of administrative offenses

To enhance practical training in the discipline "Fundamentals of Administrative and Jurisdictional Activities" for 1st year cadets of the Faculty № 3, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 1 Iryna Kazanchuk conducted a binary lesson with the participation of an inspector of Company № 5 of Battalion № 1 of Kharkiv Regional Police

On the occasion of the International Day of the UN Peacekeeper

On the occasion of the International Day of the United Nations Peacekeeper, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held a thematic video lecture for higher education students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was opened by Vice-Rector Anatolii Klochko, who emphasized the extensive experience gained by university representatives working in peacekeeping missions and training qualified personnel capable of serving in UN civilian police units.

Excursion to the historical and picturesque places of Podillia

The primary trade union organization of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized a weekend tour to the historical sites of Khmelnytskyi region - Medzhybizkyi Castle and Maliievetskyi Park.

Training of police officers on child protection in cyberspace

The staff  of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3, Professor Nataliia Miloradova, Associate Professor Victoriia Dotsenko and Senior Lecturer Olena Makarova, took part in a three-day training on "Training of Police Officers on the Protection of Children in Cyberspace." The organizers of the training, which took place in Kyiv, included the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, and others.

Career guidance in Vinnytsia region continues

Pavlo Chervonyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, together with Yevhen Ratoshniuk, a 1st year student of еру Faculty № 3, held a regular career guidance event at Bokhonytskyi Lyceum of Bokhonytskyi Village Council, Vinnytsia District. They invited future applicants to study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs under the state order in the specialty "Psychology" and met with the lyceum director Halyna Pashchenko.

Volunteer assistance to children affected by war

On the eve of the International Children's Day, cadets and employees of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with the Department of Youth Policy of Vinnytsia City Council, joined the cleaning of the territory of one of the children's health centers, which will be used for psychological rehabilitation of children from Mariupol.
