On the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, sports competitions were held among the teams of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4, members of the scientific club of the tactical and special unit "SHCHYT" together with Volodymyr Yevtushko, senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of Faculty No. 3, and Ihor Ostrovskyi, specialist of Faculty No. 1, took part in special object exercises and trainings on civil protection.

Artem Bilousov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4, held a meeting of the scientific club for 3rd year cadets of the Faculty № 2, on the topic "The Role of Abbreviations and Slang Words in English during the Military Operations in Ukraine".

Larysa Sazanova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4, curator of the 2nd year group of the Faculty № 4, held a talk for the cadets entitled "The Library is a real treasure trove that preserves the memory and wisdom of the people" dedicated to the All-Ukrainian Library Day.

In Podillia, solemn events were held on the occasion of the Oath of Allegiance to the Police by the cadets of KhNUIA. They swore to be faithful to their people and the state, to serve with dignity and protect constitutional rights and freedoms.

The staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 organized a meeting of members of the scientific club of the tactical and special unit "SHCHYT" with the 1st year cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4. They familiarized the young people with the basic principles of their work and outlined the main areas of research and practice.

Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 - Professor Andrii Voitsikhovskyi and Lecturer Vadym Maltsev - took part in a thematic online lecture by judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Halyna Yurovska and Viktor Horodovenko on the topic "Application of the European Court of Human Rights Case Law by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine".

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted an information event for higher education students. The main speaker was Nadiia Ostapchuk, Anti-Trafficking Manager of the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine. Olena Ustymenko, Head of the International Cooperation Department, familiarized the audience with the history of cooperation between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the OSCE

The senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of Faculty No. 4 Larysa Sazanova, together with the investigator of the crime investigation department of Kovel district police department of the National Police of Ukraine in Volyn region, Anastasia Korolova, and the precinct police officer of the prevention department of Shepetiv district police department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytsky region, Yulia Yakymchuk, held a binary class for cadets of the 4th year of Faculty No. 1 from the discipline "Professional Foreign Language" on the topic "Inspection of the crime scene".

 Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, while on a business trip to Harmisch-Partenkirchen (Federal Republic of Germany), took part in a seminar on advanced training of English teachers.
