In order to improve her skills, Anna Naumova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI №5, took an online course covering issues related to human trafficking during the martial law regime. The participants got acquainted with the concepts of “human traffickers”, “traffickers”, “criminals”, etc.
Ella Tverdokhlib, Deputy Director of the ERI No. 5, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Iryna Siadrysta, Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security, and Iryna Anton, Senior Lecturer of the Department, met with lyceum students on the topic of the 2025 admission campaign.
In order to honor the courage and heroism of the defenders of Ukraine's independence and territorial integrity, online meetings with students of the ERI №5 were held, which were conducted by curators - Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Kateryna Krut and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Sociology and Psychology Nadiia Chepelieva.
The leaders of the scientific club - Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor Natalia Kobylko and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Inna Holopych - introduced the students and cadets to the work plan of the club, thematic events, international, national and university competitions.
An online event dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine was held for freshmen at the ERI No. 5 with the participation of servicemen who defend the state's borders in Kharkiv direction. The director of the institute Oksana Brusakova congratulated everyone on the holiday and emphasized the importance of honoring the courage and bravery of Ukrainian defenders.
A class on the topic “Legislation of Ukraine and Germany: Comparative Characteristics” was held for students by lawyer Veronika Popova and senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI №5 Iryna Antol.
For bachelor students, a lesson on “State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” was conducted by Serhii Strilets, Head of the ASC of Borivsky Village Council, State Registrar, and Iryna Siadrysta and Alina Chorna, professors of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security.
The curators, Associate Professors of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI №5 Natalia Khodieieva, Kateryna Skrynnikova, Anatolii Slipchenko and Olha Moroz spoke about the celebration of the triple holiday on October 1 - the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks and the Intercession of the Holy Virgin.
Olena Syniavska, Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activity of the ERI # 5, together with Yevhen Yevtieiev, Senior Inspector on Special Assignments of the Department of Commissioners for Monitoring Human Rights in Police Activities, conducted classes for students studying under the Law Enforcement educational and professional program.
First- and second-year students of the ERI No. 5 take part in weaving camouflage nets together with volunteers of the Women's Hundred NGO. The students devote their free time to this cause. By their own example, they encourage everyone to join the volunteer movement that unites and provides an opportunity to help our soldiers.
