For 3rd year psychology students of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA, online classes on the discipline "Social Psychology" were conducted by the assistant professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology, Olena Shakhova, and the senior teacher of the same department, Ihor Shelkoshveiev. Natalia Syvoplias, trainer of educational programs of Kharkiv Institute of Gestalt and Psychodrama, was invited to its holding.

"Protection of the right to respect for private life in social networks: the practice of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR)" was discussed by the members of the scientific group together with the head of the law enforcement department of the ERI No. 5 KhNUIA Iryna Panova and the head of the scientific group, associate professor of the department Daria Hlushkova.

Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure Olha Moroz and lawyer Oleksii Zhyrnyi held a class for students of the 4th year of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA on the academic discipline "Compilation of procedural documents in civil cases". The lawyer told the students about the requirements for the content of the statement of claim.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI № 5 Yulia Mytrofanova held a regular curatorial hour with second-year students of the speciality ‘Law Enforcement’ of the ERI № 5, which was devoted to the issues of academic integrity.

Employees of the ERI № 5 held an online meeting with final year students and class teachers of Lyceum No. 66 in Kharkiv and Chuhuiv Lyceum No. 1 named after I. Riepin. Ella Tverdokhlib, Deputy Director of the ERI No. 5, acquainted the participants of the event with the material base of the university, the peculiarities of studying at the ERI No. 5 and the organisation of training for applicants at the preparatory courses.

The Director of the ERI №5 Oksana Brusakova congratulated the 2nd year student Daryna Omelchenko, who won the Ukrainian Kickboxing Championship among juniors, boys and adults and won two gold medals. Daryna is a candidate for Master of Sports of Ukraine in Cossack combat.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Yulia Mytrofanova introduced the second-year students of the ERI №5, who are studying in the speciality ‘Law’, to the concepts and main types of bullying and cyberbullying, typological features of the victim, bully and witnesses as direct participants in the bullying.

During the career guidance meeting on the peculiarities of admission and studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2025, the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 was presented to the students of all regions of Ukraine by state order and at the expense of individuals and legal entities.

Iryna Panova, Head of the Department of Law Enforcement at the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, and Olena Syniavska, Professor of the same department, held a consultation on organisational issues of the internship for 2nd year full-time students majoring in Law.
