Familiarizing students with a practical police unit

Classes for higher education students of the ERI №5 were held by Vitalii Kavkalo, Head of the Human Rights Compliance Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, and sector inspectors. They familiarized the students with the algorithm of actions of authorized persons in documenting and recording all actions in relation to detainees.

Honoring soldiers, running for the Heroes of Ukraine

Under this slogan, students of KhNUIA took part in a charity race dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, organized in support of wounded soldiers. They covered a distance of 2 km and won prizes: 1st year cadet of the ERI №1 Anastasiia Shtanko won a gold medal, 2nd year cadet of the ERI №4 Oleksandr Marynkevych won a bronze medal. Among the representatives of the ERI No. 5, the best result was shown by the 1st year student Andrii Korobkin.

Online meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI №5

The first meeting of this academic year was held under the leadership of Associate Professor Yurii Chalyi. The participants resolved a number of organizational issues, including the approval of the new composition, the election of the head and secretary of the club, the approval of the annual plan, etc. The club members also reviewed the Regulations of KhNUIA “On Academic Integrity”.

Lyceum students of Khmelnytskyi region familiarized with police profession

Nataliia Olendra, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, met with future graduates of Netishyn Academic Lyceum of Netishyn City Council of Shepetivka District, Khmelnytskyi Region. She told them about the conditions of admission to the police university.

Participation of students in the development of youth policy

Anastasia Honcharuk, a 2nd year student of the ERI #5, deputy chairman of the student council, who is the chairman of the youth council under the mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi, was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for her significant personal contribution to the development of youth policy and high achievements in the public life of the city's territorial community.

Vocational guidance work of the Department of Law Enforcement of the ERI №5

Associate Professor Ihor Panov met with Svitlana Kyrychenko, Deputy Director for Educational Work, and the teaching staff of Kharkiv Lyceum #82 of Kharkiv City Council. They were joined by online students of the 10th and 11th grades. Ihor Panov spoke about the history and educational process of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Binary lesson on the topic “Conflict coach”

For the 2nd year master's students of the ERI №5, an online class was conducted by Olha Shevchuk, a business coach, certified business and family mediator, ICF coach, psychological support group leader, psychologist of the “Poruch” project, together with Kateryna Mannapova, Associate Professor of Sociology and Psychology.

An extended online meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI №5 was held

The meeting was held on the topic “Academic Integrity” under the chairmanship of Associate Professor Olena Shakhova. The event was attended by representatives of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Education of Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture, the Faculty of Management, Administration and Law of the State Biotechnological University.

Fire safety instruction was held with freshmen

The leading specialist of the fire safety group of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yurii Chukhrii met with the students of the ERI №1, №4 and №5. He acquainted the cadets and students with the basic rules of fire safety, reminded them of the requirements for fire safety in everyday life, explained the algorithm of actions in case of a fire in the premises

Meeting of the curators of the Legal Clinic of the ERI №5

The event was hosted by Deputy Director Ella Tverdokhlib, and was joined by academic staff of the Institute's departments. They will organize methodological and theoretical support for the activities of consultants and review draft documents and legal advice.
