Oleksandr Skliar, a lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs completed the online course "Basic Psychological Assistance in War Conditions" on the Prometheus open platform, developed as part of the "Urgent EU Support for Civil Society" project, implemented by ISAR Union with the financial support of the European Union.

Larysa Sazanova, a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty № 4, took part in the International Professional Development of Scientific, Scientific and Pedagogical Workers and Employees of Educational Institutions "Interactive Technologies and Cloud Services in Online Education: The Experience of the European Countries and Ukraine" ("Interactive Technologies and Cloud Servers in online education: the experience of the countries of the European Union and Ukraine"). 

Third and fourth year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 took part in the training on the topics "Tactical Combat Casualty Care" ("Providing aid to the wounded in the conditions of hostilities") and "Basic Life Support" (Basic Life Support Protocol), which took place in Kamianets-Podilskyi during August 8–10, 2022.

The head of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA Vitalii Naida successfully passed all qualification stages and received the status of youth leader for sustainable development of the United People Global (UPG) program. Participants from all over the world were selected to participate in the program. 

The Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Leonid Mohilevskyi, took part in the webinar in English "Crime prevention through environmental design – Preventing and mitigating the effects of terrorism in public places" on the LEEd CEPOL online educational platform.

The Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Fedorenko held an open lecture-report for students and lecturers of the Faculty of Philosophy and the Faculty of Humanities at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg (Germany) on the topic "Content analysis in psychological practice".

Scientific and pedagogical staff and cadets of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, even under martial law, continue to actively engage in scientific research work - participate in scientific and practical conferences and other scientific events.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Oleksii Salmanov, together with a member of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation, 4th-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 Andrii Topchii, participated remotely in the XXVII International Scientific and Practical Conference ''Multidisciplinary academic notes. Theory, methodology and practice", held in Prague, Czech Republic.

Learning foreign languages ​​at the present time of information, communication and high technologies is one of the most important aspects of a modern successful person and is simply mandatory for everyone who wants to be in demand in the labor market and achieve the desired heights in their career.

On July 14-15, 2022, at 09:00 Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (Kamianets-Podilskyi) will host a training course "Application of the ECtHR practice in the consideration of criminal proceedings on corruption". The training events were organized by UNDP within the framework of the UN Program for Reconstruction and Peacebuilding with funding from the European Union.
