Increasing the level of cybersecurity of state bodies – increasing the level of national security

A training for the management of Ukrainian government agencies was held in Kharkiv on the implementation of best cybersecurity practices in government agencies. This is one of the trainings held in different cities of Ukraine with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine. After the training, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko together with the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine Henrik Villadsen presented the participants with certificates of successful completion.

Lecturer of Sumy branch took a training course on International Law

Iryna Maisun, Lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines of KhNUIA Sumy Branch, took a five-week course "International Law in Action: A Guide to International Courts and Tribunals in The Hague" from University of Leiden (Universiteit Leiden), Netherlands.

A working online meeting of representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Department of Radiological Security of the United States Department of Energy and Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place. At the invitation of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kharkiv, Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Leonid Mohilevskyi  took part in the opening of a photo exhibition dedicated to the tragic events which happened on January 20, 1990 in Baku, Azerbaijan. 

The university lecturer has passed an international internship under the advanced training program

Yuliia Zabolotna, a lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-Medical Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, passed the International Internship under the Advanced Training Program "Fundraising and Organization of Project Activities in Educational Institutions: European Experience" for academic and scientific and academic workers (Poland-Ukraine).

University cadet took part in the youth exchange “Cyberstyler”

The participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, the 3rd year cadet of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Mykyta Bielievtsov took part in the youth exchange “Cyberstyler” in Erazmus + in Germany (Wiesbaden). The main goal of the project – intercultural exchange, improving skills of creative expression of your own point of view with the usage of media and art, gaining skills in implementing social project, including time during COVID-19 pandemic.

Participation in the conference “Achievements and challenges in the field of administrative services 2020-2021”

Online meeting with representatives of the University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice 

An online meeting of representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and representatives of University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice (Poland) took place. The cooperation of KhNUIA with the Higher School of Occupational Safety and Health Management in Katowice was initiated by the Dean of the Faculty № 6 KhNUIA Oksana Brusakova in 2020.
