In March 2025, the University of Tokyo will hold an International Conference on Human Rights in a mixed format. All those wishing to participate in it should submit abstracts in the following areas by 30 November 2024: gender equality, censorship and the right to expression, climate change and humanitarian action, business and human rights.
The event was held within the framework of the project ‘Dialogue of Student Unity: Ukraine and Lithuania’, which was held at Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University. On the occasion of the next anniversary of the establishment of the European Union (01 November 1993), we invite the academic staff of the University to join the course on the HELP platform ‘Introduction to the ECHR and the ECtHR’.
This was the topic of a two-day training for the management of the National Police of Ukraine conducted by EUAM Ukraine, in particular Gender Adviser Anette Schwitzke, Police Adviser Georgina Magnussen and Human Rights Training Expert Yuliia Petrova, with the participation of trainer from the JurFem company, lawyer Marta Pavlyshyn.
The topic of the round table was ‘Corruption risks in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ways to prevent and combat corruption’. The event was opened by Anatolii Fodchuk, Head of the Corruption Prevention Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Doctor of Philosophy in Law, and Oleksandr Muzychuk, Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Law, Professor.
