Participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, 3rd year cadet of the Faculty № 1 Andrii Topchii took part in the Summit of the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia (Springer Nature Summit 2022 – Eastern Europe and Central Asia), which was organized by the International Publisher Springer Nature and held online.
International scientific and practical conference “Actual Issues of Ensuring Financial Security of the State in the Context of Globalization” started in Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The discussion was attended by representatives of state and scientific institutions, specialists on economic and financial security issues, scientific and pedagogical staff of leading higher education institutions of Ukraine, Slovakia and Great Britain.
A training for the management of Ukrainian government agencies was held in Kharkiv on the implementation of best cybersecurity practices in government agencies. This is one of the trainings held in different cities of Ukraine with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine. After the training, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko together with the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine Henrik Villadsen presented the participants with certificates of successful completion.
Iryna Maisun, Lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines of KhNUIA Sumy Branch, took a five-week course "International Law in Action: A Guide to International Courts and Tribunals in The Hague" from University of Leiden (Universiteit Leiden), Netherlands.
A working online meeting of representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Department of Radiological Security of the United States Department of Energy and Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place. The Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the Third rank Valerii Sokurenko took part in it.
At the invitation of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kharkiv, Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Leonid Mohilevskyi took part in the opening of a photo exhibition dedicated to the tragic events which happened on January 20, 1990 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Yuliia Zabolotna, a lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-Medical Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, passed the International Internship under the Advanced Training Program "Fundraising and Organization of Project Activities in Educational Institutions: European Experience" for academic and scientific and academic workers (Poland-Ukraine).
The participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, the 3rd year cadet of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Mykyta Bielievtsov took part in the youth exchange “Cyberstyler” in Erazmus + in Germany (Wiesbaden). The main goal of the project – intercultural exchange, improving skills of creative expression of your own point of view with the usage of media and art, gaining skills in implementing social project, including time during COVID-19 pandemic.
Participant of the School of Scientific Leadership 3rd year cadet of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Vadym Naumchyk took part in the online conference “Achievements and challenges in the field of administrative services 2020-2021”, which was organized during the implementation of improving the quality of administrative services for the population of “U-LEAD with Europe” program.
At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission, trainings on the Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP) and Criminal Analysison are continuing.
