The online workshop on “Human Rights and Investigative Interviewing of Vulnerable Groups” has been started for applicants of higher education and employees of Kharkiv National
University of Internal Affairs. The online workshop was held in English with consecutive translation into Ukrainian.

The selection of candidates from among the police officers who submitted applications for participation in the project “Community Police Officer” began at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Cadets and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, including Sumy Branch and Kremenchuk Flight College took part in a three-day workshop on “Human Rights”.

Representative of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, temporary acting as the head of the Department of Scientific Work Organization, Doctor of Jurisprudence, Associate Professor, Volodymyr Chumak, and representatives of Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA Deputy Director of the College in Academic Work, Candidate of Technical Sciences Yuriy Shmelov, lecturer of the Cycle Commission of General Technical Disciplines Andrii Siora, Head of the Scientific Department, Candidate of Economic Sciences Maryna Petchenko completed an online course “Introduction to Cybersecurity” of American Transnational Corporation CISCO, a college-based organization.

A discussion club will be held online in English on the topic “Best European Practices in Public Order Enforcement” for higher education applicants and staff of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on May 5, 2020 at 10.30 a.m.

Advisor on Criminal Investigation of the EUAM Regional Office in Kharkiv Christa Granroth held two webinars for cadets, students and staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, including Sumy Branch and Kremenchuk Flight College.

The fifth final workshop “Human rights”, devoted to women's rights and non-
discrimination was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Certificates and keys to the service vehicles were given to the leaders and police officers of the united territorial communities of Kharkiv Region in the frameworks "Community Police Officer" project.
