Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of KhNUIA, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Oleksii Salmanov, together with a member of the scientific circle of the same department, 4th-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 Andrii Topchii, participated remotely in the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Multidisciplinary scientific notes. Theory, history and practice".

The Dean of the Faculty No. 4, Police Lieutenant Colonel Mykola Marchuk, and the Head of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, Police Colonel Olha Bezpalova, took part in the work of the scientific and practical round table "Interaction of the police with the population on the basis of partnership: current state and prospects for development".

Zakhar Demydov, a Senior Researcher at the Research Laboratory on Problems of Information Technology and Combating Crime in Cyberspace of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the webinar "Ransomware Threat Landscape 2022: Lessons Learned & Review of Attack Trends".

Another meeting of the scientific group was held at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA. The head of the scientific circle, senior lecturer of the department, candidate of philological sciences, Mykhailo Ovchynnykov, in his introductory speech emphasized the importance of students' research work as a component of the educational process, outlined the direction of the circle's work in the first semester.

The second meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA took place in the current academic year. The Associate Professor of the department, Professor Oleksandr Shyshka brought to the attention of the participants scientific views on the problems of the subject of civil law.

The publication "Scientists of Ukraine - the elite of the state" published an article about the Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Volodymyr Mykolaiovych Shapoval (Scientists of Ukraine - the elite of the state. Volume VII).

Under the leadership of the assistant professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Iryna Lutsenko, a meeting of the scientific group of the department was held on the topic "Legalization of civilian firearms in Ukraine: relevance and consequences. International experience".

Kateryna Maravska, a Senior Researcher of the Department of Organization of Scientific Work, Department of Organization of Scientific Activity and Protection of Intellectual Property of KhNUIA, and Researcher of the same department, Yana Molchanova, took part in the webinar on the topic "Research Smarter: Increasing your scientific contribution to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals Goals)".

Volodymyr Shapoval, Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of KhNUIA, took part in the 10th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Man, Society, Communication Technologies", which was held online at the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport (Kharkiv).

An online meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA took place. The meeting was attended by the head of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics Iryna Panova, the head of the research group Victoria Melnyk and students.
