The regular meeting chaired by the associate professor of the department, candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor Svitlana Lozova was dedicated to the topic of combating violence and preventing domestic violence. On December 17, 1999, the UN General Assembly declared November 25 the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
Valentyna Pochuieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, held a meeting of the scientific club on intercultural communication. The members of the group discussed verbal and non-verbal means of intercultural communication and noted that the cultural diversity of Ukrainian society encourages everyone to interact constructively.
The members of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law discussed the issue of cooperation between civil society and the police. The head of the group, Associate Professor Yulia Bezusa, revealed the main types, forms and strategies of such cooperation, highlighted the importance of interaction between civil society and state structures under martial law.

In March 2025, the University of Tokyo will hold an International Conference on Human Rights in a mixed format. All those wishing to participate in it should submit abstracts in the following areas by 30 November 2024: gender equality, censorship and the right to expression, climate change and humanitarian action, business and human rights.
