Participation in the All-Ukrainian scientific conference

Oleksii Zaitsev, Head of the Department of Civil, Labour and Commercial Law of the ERI No. 1, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, made a report ‘Amendments to the Procurement Agreement’ during the III All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference ‘State and Legal Principles of Formation of the Security Environment in Ukraine in the Context of Modern Challenges’.

The regular meeting of the scientific circle ‘Actual problems of the theory and history of state and law’ was held

The members of the scientific group of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law considered the issue of gender equality in Ukraine, in particular in the police and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in an online format. The Head of the group, Associate Professor Yuliia Bezusa, revealed the concept of gender equality and the peculiarities of introducing the concept of gender equality in the police of Ukraine.

Current research in legal and historical science

Victoria Bila, a 1st year master's student of the ERI №1, took part in the International Scientific Online Conference ‘Topical Issues of Legal and Historical Science’, during which a wide range of scientific research in the fields of law and history was presented, covering topical issues of our time.

International round table ‘EU constitutional law: values, principles, institutions’

Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - Head of the Department Tetiana Hudz and Professor of the Department Yurii Kolomiiets - joined the round table, organized by the Law Faculty of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University within the framework of the Jean Monnet module "Constitutional Law of the EU".

Participation in a scientific and practical conference

Lecturers of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 and the Department of Civil, Labor and Economic Law of the ERI No. 1 took part in the scientific and practical conference "Problems of improving private law mechanisms for the acquisition, transfer, exercise and protection of subjective civil and family rights in modern conditions."

Involving cadets in participation in scientific and practical conferences

On the initiative of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation, cadets of the ERI No. 1 and ERI No. 4 took part in the All-Ukrainian Student Scientific and Practical Conference "Current Issues of Human Rights Protection: Current Status, Problematic Issues and Ways to Solve Them."

KhNUIA held a round table "Application of information technologies in law enforcement activities"

The event, which is held annually at the initiative of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies of the ERI No. 5, was opened by the university Vice-Rector Oleksandr Muzychuk. He emphasized the need to introduce information technologies into the educational process and the problems that arise when using artificial intelligence in the scientific field.

The next meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Law Enforcement Activities of the ERI No. 5 was held

Head of the department Iryna Panova, Professor of the department Olena Syniavska and Head of the scientific circle "Problems of Modern Policing" Daria Hlushkova, together with the circle members, discussed the topic "State policy and the role of the public in preventing corruption. Anti-corruption measures in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and their impact on the European integration process in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine."
