On the eve of the new academic year, a regular meeting of the Academic Council of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place. Issues related to the
results of enrollment in higher education in 2021, the readiness of the University for the beginning of the new academic year, the work of academic councils of the
University, organizational and personnel issues were considered.

An online international scientific and practical conference "The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a guarantor of the rule of law: the formation and analysis of the path traveled" was held in Karaganda on the basis of Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov. 

Polina Suslova, a 1st year cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a participant in the School of Scientific Leadership of the faculty №1, took part in an international youth exchange under the Erasmus + program for participants from Ukraine, Moldova, Romania and Spain on Empowering Youth Participation through Volunteering.

Kateryna Maravska, a Researcher of the Department of Scientific Activity Organization and Intellectual Property Protection, took part in a course “Academic Integrity:
online course for Teachers” on the Ukrainian largest educational platform, Prometheus, which is a part of the project of American Councils for International Education “Academic Integrity and Quality Initiative”.

Employees of the Research Laboratory for Information Technology Development of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a scientific event - the 6th meeting of the 6th National Cybersecurity Cluster Meeting with the participation of US and Ukrainian experts.

Maryna Petchenko, Candidate of Economic Sciences, person in charge of the academic integrity of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, became a member of the Association for International Educational and Scientific Cooperation.

Representatives of the University - Head and Deputy Head of the Research Laboratory on Crime Enforcement Kostiantyn Buhaichuk and Oleksii Serdiuk took part in a scientific and practical seminar of the Global Firearms Programme of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC Global Firearms Programme) on the topic “Harmonization of the National Legislation of Ukraine with the UN Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components, and Ammunition”.

Employees of the Research Laboratory on the Issues of Information Technologies Development of KhNUIA took part online in the first part of a two-day regional conference held in Kyiv with the participation of experts from the United States and Ukraine.

Leading librarian of the general library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Nadiia Onistrat conducted classes with participants of the School of Scientific Leadership of the Faculty No. 1 on the topic "Scientist's brand: Google Scholar system, ORCID author identifier, KhNUIA repository".

Representatives of the Sumy branch, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the All-Ukrainian TV bridge "From the Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk to the Constitution of Ukraine" which was devoted to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine.
