Teaching staff of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of Faculty No 1 are constantly striving for professional development. Associate Professor Oleh Honcharuk took part in the International scientific and methodical seminar "Relevant issues of teaching foreign languages ​​in educational institutions", which took place at Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.

2021 has been declared the year of popularization of reading in Ukraine. The action #Read_achieve was organized by the Ukrainian Book Institute, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy in Ukraine, which started on January 20 of the current year. The library of KhNUIA joined this action, presenting publications authored by the scientists of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Svitlana Hrybanova, a representative of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took a distance course “Using Google digital tools to organize the work of a lecturer and the management of an educational institution” conducted by the Scientific and Methodological Center for Vocational Education in Zaporizhzhia region.

A lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of Faculty No1 of KhNUIA, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Valentyna Kochyna held an online meeting of the scientific circle on the ZOOM platform. The first-year cadets of Faculty No1 took part in it.

Teaching staff of the Department of Foreign Languages of Faculty № 1 took part in the interuniversity scientific and methodical seminar "Problems of introduction of distance learning in the educational process at higher education institutions and possible ways to solve them" that took place at the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.

After a long break caused by the restrictions of quarantine and lockdown, a face-to-face meeting of the philosophical student scientific circle of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6 was finally held under the guidance of Associate Professor Svitlana Mohylova. 

An online meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty №6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place. The event was held on the Zoom platform on the topic "Current areas of psychological research".

Oleksii Shumilo, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the 4-th International Scientific and Practical Conference "IT Law: Problems and Prospects for Development in Ukraine".

Oleksandr Khan, Senior Research employee of the Department of Scientific Work Organization of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Law, has joined the expert group of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of Faculty № 1 Liubov Rusanova held a regular meeting of the scientific circle on "What you need to know how to write a scientific article."
