3rd year cadet of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Police Corporal Yehor Skurikhin has won 1 place in the European Championship of Thai boxing Muay-Thai, which was held on February 12-20, 2022 in Istanbul (Turkey).
Today, Ukraine recalls the events of the revolution of dignity and honors the memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, who were the first, without courage, to give their lives for the freedom that our people have dreamed of, for the right to live in an independent state. We remember and bow our heads to their courage and dedication to democratic values.
The management board, staff, cadet-student youth of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with representatives of state authorities and local self-government bodies, public organizations, citizens of Kharkiv took part in the solemn ceremony of putting flowers to the monument of T.H. Shevchenko on the occasion of honoring the feat of the participants of the revolution of dignity and the memory of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.
On the day of honoring the feat of the participants of the revolution of dignity and the memory of Heroes of Heaven Hundred, staff, cadets, students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs honored the memory of heroes who gave their lives for freedom and European choice of citizens of Ukraine and put flowers to the monument to Heroes of Heavenly Hundred.
On the Day of Honoring the feat of the participants of the revolution of dignity and the memory of Heroes of Heaven, hundreds of cadets of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in putting flowers to the memorable sign of Heroes of Heaven Hundred.
On February 20, the memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred honor at the state level in Ukraine. The thematic events commemorate the horrific events of February 2014 and the citizens who changed the course of our country's history during the events of the Revolution of Dignity.
Senior Lecturer of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Tsvitana Baranova conducted with 2nd year cadets of the curatorial hour "Endless Memory of Heroes".
Within the implementation of the "Ukraine United" activities, a track-and-field run to support the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine took place at the training complex of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs "Dynamo-Arena". This event united over a thousand cadets, students and staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine and National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine.
Lecturer of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Anna Reshitko and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines Larysa Hartsunova conducted an online information hour "Ukraine is United" for the 2nd year students of higher education of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
To the commemoration of Heroes of Heaven Hundred, which is celebrated in Ukraine on February 20, Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs prepared a book-illustrative exposition "Their Spirit is Implacable and Immortal".
