The purpose of the visit – is to get acquainted and to monitor the training process of the candidates to Kharkiv patrol police.

header imageIn the frame of the working visit to Kharkiv the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arsenii Yatseniuk, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko and the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Eka Zguladze attended Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The Government officials visited the training police station and forensic testing ground, where future police officers train their skills in specialized classrooms, the conditions of which are very close to real work.

Meeting with Representatives of OSCE
header imageclass="a">The meeting with representatives of OSCE was held at the special tactical training chair of the  Faculty of Training Specialists for Police Units of Public Order and Criminal Police Dealing with Minors. Issues associated with public order, control and elimination of riots were being discussed. OSCE’s representatives represented the international experience of law enforcement agencies and answered numerous questions of administration of the faculty, officers of the chair and cadets of scientific circle of STT "Shield".

Delegation of Norwegian Experts on Legal Reform Visited the University

The delegation was composed of: Reidi Soderhren - senior advisor of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security of Norway, Peter Bauk - senior adviser of the Norwegian Agency of Development, Walter Wangberg - judge of the Court of Appeal in Norway.
Committee for Civilian Aspects of Crisis Management

During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the main activities of the University and material and technical base of the educational establishment.
