On the occasion of the Human Rights Day, a binary lesson for University cadets, initiated by the Vice-Rector of the University Oleksandr Bakumov and the Department of International Relations, was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Gender quest, which took place within the framework of the project "Through equality and understanding for protection and security", has been completed. Eight teams representing Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine competed for the title of the best.
Practical classes related to new requirements of the University’s Editorial Boards of professional editions and the possibilities of new websites of these editions were held with scholars and post-graduate students at the University Library.
Teachers of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs such as Larysa Varunts, Nataliia Filipska, and Olena Ustymenko took part in the training on work with Scopus database, that was held in the scientific and technical library of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
Certificates awarding to training participants concerning leadership and management took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Certificates were awarded by Kiastutis Lanchinskas - the Head of the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine and Verner Pedersen – Kharkiv Regional Presence Coordinator of the European Union Advisory Mission.
Training on Leadership and Administration for middle management, members of all police divisions and representatives of the university took place in Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs under the scope of the project of support for reforming of the National Police of Ukraine.
Binary English class on the subject of “At the police station” was conducted with the cadets of group Ф-4-16-301. The class was conducted by the Head of Scientific Research Laboratory of Information Protection and Cyber Security of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Judicial Sciences Vadym Korshenko, who participated in the peacekeeping mission of UNO in Kosovo.
Training seminar on professional development of internal security police units of the National Police started at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
The regular training course regarding leadership and management for mid-level Police Chiefs began in Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the 1-st of August. The training was held by the experienced coach from Great Britain – Peter Wilson.
The Colloquium on Cross-border Crime: The 19-th Cross-border Crime Colloquium-Combating Cross-border Crime in the East- and West-Europe Borders, which took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for two days, was finished.
