Tetiana Ponomarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Candidate of Philosophy, took part in the international scientific conference "Kant's Philosophy and the Challenges of Modernity" dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Immanuel Kant.

The collection of the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has been replenished with new gifts from the university community. Professor of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Premedical Training, Doctor of Law, Professor Oleksandr Yukhno presented the library with educational and scientific publications.

Recently, the results of the second stage of the XXXIII All-Ukrainian Championship in Information Technology "Ecosoft-2024" and the XV national stage of the International Computer Project Competition "INFOMATRIX-2024" were summed up, in which Maksym Minyailo, a graduate of the Faculty № 4, specialty "Cybersecurity" of KhNUIA, took part.

In order to study the current issues of medical and premedical training of specialists in the security and defense sector of Ukraine under martial law, tactical medicine instructor, combatant Yevhen Maistruk together with Vladyslav Burkhailo, a lecturer at the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training, conducted a binary lesson for cadets of Faculties 2 and 3.

Representatives of the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA - Tetiana Matiushkova, Nadiia Serhiienko, Alona Muzychuk, Natalia Sadova, Inna Savina and Svitlana Vechirko - took part in the presentation of a new project of the NGO "Paneuropa Kyiv" - "Breaking Stereotypes: International Dialogues about Ukraine", created with the support of the German Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung.

With the support of Oksana Brusakova, Dean of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the staff of the Faculty purchased EcoFlow charging stations for the funds raised. One of the stations is already transferred to Kharkiv direction for the 124th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is extremely necessary for the performance of combat missions to defeat the enemy.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the defense of master's theses of students majoring in 072 "Finance, Banking and Insurance". The examination committee considered the theses of masters of part-time education.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs invites students of graduating classes/courses of technical schools, colleges, colleges, lyceums and general secondary education institutions to test their knowledge of English and the basics of human rights protection in the English-language competition "Children's Rights and Your School".

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the textbook "Identification of Explosive Remnants of War", Part 1: "Engineered Ammunition", prepared by the staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3, was published.

The students of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, who participate in the work of the Legal Clinic in Kamianets-Podilskyi, together with Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Yulia Zahumenna and leading specialist of the Faculty No. 1 Eduard Lavrusenko visited the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in Kyiv.
