A year ago, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan signed a Declaration of Cooperation. During the visit of the Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko to the Polish university in December 2023, an agreement was reached on the participation of higher education students, adjuncts, doctoral students, research and teaching staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in exchange programs and study visits to the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
Together with border guards, cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs patrol certain sections of the border in Chernivtsi region and serve at checkpoints. By helping to protect law and order at the state border, the cadets gain the necessary practical experience for their future work.
To strengthen the practical training of applicants for higher education in the specialty "Psychology", the inspector of the Juvenile Prevention Department of the Department of Juvenile Prevention of the Main Department of the National Police in Zhytomyr region, police lieutenant Dmytro Dmytriuk and associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 Pavlo Chervonyi conducted a practical binary lesson in the discipline "Pedagogy" on the topic "Types of Education".
The family of our colleague, Deputy Head of the Social and Humanitarian Work Department Yuliia Lysychkina, suffered a tragedy - her mother, Olena Oleksandrivna Lysychkina, passed away. A sincere, kind, responsible, extremely decent person, a true professional in her field. Olena Oleksandrivna was an educator with 25 years of experience, a teacher of English of the highest category, worked for 10 years as a school director in Kharkiv and later headed the branch of Slobozhanskyi Regional Center for Vocational Education in Staryi Saltiv.

During March of this year, the psychologists of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 continued to cooperate with the military personnel of the military formations stationed in the western region. During her volunteer assistance, Associate Professor Oksana Liaska works with the military on skills of returning to a safe life.
Curators Ella Tverdokhlib and Tetiana Kyrychenko held a seminar on topical issues of military law for the consultants of the Legal Clinic department of Faculty № 6, in which attorney Serhii Lalenkov participated. During the seminar, the most common issues that servicemen and their families seek advice on were discussed.

The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Ukraine's Integration into the European Union in cooperation with UN Women in Ukraine and with the support of the governments of Denmark and Sweden held a discussion on "Gender Equality in EU Integration". The event was aimed at raising awareness of the participants about their role in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment.
