Anna SUSHKOVA, senior lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, underwent a three-day training as part of the 2nd module of the educational offline project from "Me and My School" together with the international non-governmental humanitarian organization "IsraAID in Ukraine" in Kyiv.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA Natalia HORBACH underwent advanced training for scientific and pedagogical workers. She successfully mastered the program "Gamification in English lessons. Types of games and interactive platforms", got acquainted with the concept and technology of gamification of the educational process.

On behalf of the leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Director of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, Oksana BRUSAKOVA, signed a cooperation agreement with the director of the Eastern Interregional Center for the Provision of Free Legal Aid, Anatolii BORODAVKA.

Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Olena HORASH, together with representatives of EUAM in Ukraine and with the participation of an OSINT expert, held an optional class for first-year cadets of the ERI No. 1 on the topics "Criminal Analysis" and "Use of Open Source Information in Criminal Proceedings (OSINT)".

Lecturers of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Mykola PIDOIMA and Andrii SIADRYSTYI, as well as first-year cadets Daniil IVANCHYKHIN and Kateryna LISOVENKO, introduced young people to the opportunities for obtaining education at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The Head of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Oleksii SHUMILO, together with students, visited Sumy District Administrative Court in order to consolidate theoretical knowledge. The students were present at the court session, got acquainted with the peculiarities of the work of the court and the activities of its structural divisions.

On February 14, 2025, the X Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists “Psychological Readings” will be held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. During the conference, master classes and speeches by leading specialists in various psychological practices are planned.

The features of working with children using the "green room" method were introduced to future law enforcement officers by Yevheniia SVIATNA, senior inspector of the juvenile prevention sector of Kremenchuk district police department of the Main Police Department in Poltava region.

A student of the Master's degree at the ERI No. 1, Bohdan LEVCHYK, shared with the lyceum students his own experience of entering and studying at the university, spoke about the advantages of obtaining a legal education and employment opportunities after graduation. He paid special attention to the specifics of law enforcement training and the peculiarities of the admission campaign to the Higher Educational Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

At the invitation of the Department of Ukrainian Linguistics, Literature and Teaching Methods of Kharkiv Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Candidate of Philological Sciences Natalia Kobylko gave a lecture "Bizarre Prose in Ukrainian Literature as a Sphere of Actualization of the Mythopoetic".
