Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA - Professor Andrii Voitsikhovskyi and Lecturer Vadym Maltsev - took part in a regular thematic online lecture by Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Halyna Yurovska on the topic "Separation of State Power and Mechanisms of Checks and Balances".

The Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Serhii Bortnyk held a working meeting with the Deans of the Faculties No. 1 and 4 and course officers. He emphasized the conscientious and responsible attitude of the personnel to the performance of their duties, compliance with discipline and the rule of law.

Inna Larionova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and Dmytro Slurdenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Humanities Faculty of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, conducted a binary lesson for 1st year cadets of the Faculty № 3 within the discipline "Personal Safety of a Police Officer".

The Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Hrechenko held a conversation with the 1st year students of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic "Loyalty to Ukraine and the memory of its Heroes". The professor focused on promoting the awareness of Ukrainian society, especially the younger generation, of the price of independence, the need to protect our state and honor the memory of the defenders of Ukraine

Head of the Department of Labor and Commercial Law of the Faculty № 2 Kostiantyn Melnyk together with Senior District Police Officer of Shostka District Police Department Serhii Cherniak conducted a binary lesson with the cadets of the Faculty № 3 on the topic of Labor Discipline.

At Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Student Parliament held a quest dedication "We Are One Team" for first-year cadets. During the event, each platoon completed tasks aimed at team building.

Hanna Dovhopolova, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Anna Reshitko, Senior Lecturer of the same Department, together with Liubov Troian, Leading Librarian of the Central City Library named after Taras Shevchenko (Sumy), conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "Foreign Language"

The Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Yurii Orlov welcomed the participants of the meeting, emphasized the important role of university youth in the formation, strengthening and realization of the intellectual potential of the nation, including in the context of countering the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, the need to preserve the statehood, cultural and national identity of Ukrainians.

Since the first months of studying at the university, the participants of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have been actively mastering new knowledge in their free time. Valerii Fomich, a 1st year cadet of Faculty No. 3, and Anastasiia Striliana, a 1st year student of Faculty No. 6, successfully completed the online course "Youth Resilience in Crises"

A presentation of Oksana Kovalova's book "Mom, I Want to Live..." was held for students of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are studying Law. During the event, the curator of student groups, Professor of the Department of Humanities Nadia Demydenko, noted that the author of the book is a heroic journalist who, from the first days of the full-scale invasion of the Russian army into the territory of Sumy region, worked from scratch to document the war crimes of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
