Ella Tverdokhlib, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 6, together with attorney Dmytro Ivchenko, conducted an online binary class on the discipline "Modern Problems of Civil Procedure" for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education of the full-time form of study of the Faculty № 6, 1st year master's students.
The Scientific Library held an open event "Introduction to New Literature". The presentation featured more than 300 copies of new educational and scientific literature in all fields of law, history of Ukraine, economics, philosophy, psychology, etc. The event was attended by teachers, researchers and cadets of the Faculties 2 and 3.
The new editions aroused great interest among the university community, because every new book always means new information and new knowledge. In the future, all the books will be used in the educational process and will be useful for scientists.
Within the framework of cooperation between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine, the School of Scientific Leadership of the university held a class on "Intelligence-led policing (ILP) - a modern model of law enforcement. Analytics, analytical intelligence in making informed, effective and efficient management decisions".
An online meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic "Academic Integrity" was held. Students and lecturers of the Department of Sociology and Psychology took part in the meeting, which was chaired by Associate Professor Olena Shakhova.
Kateryna Maravska, Senior Researcher at the Department of Scientific Work Organization of the Department of Scientific Activity Organization and Intellectual Property Protection, PhD, Simon Serbeniuk, Researcher at the same department, and Olena Muzyka, Director of the University Scientific Library, took part in the round table "Maintaining Academic Integrity in Higher Education Institutions" held at the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.
Olena Makarova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Law of Faculty No. 3, Police Major, has successfully completed the English-language online course "Radicalization in Prison and Detention Centers". The knowledge gained will be applied by the teacher in the educational process and scientific activities.
A meeting of the student scientific group of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of Faculty № 6 was held, which was attended by the Head of the Department Olha Hetmanets, Professor of the Department Yuliia Kyrychenko, Associate Professor of the Department Daria Korobtsova, students and master's students - members of the scientific group of the Department, who study at Faculty № 6 in the specialties "Law Enforcement" and "Finance, Banking and Insurance".
Oleh Honcharuk and Valentyna Kochyna, associate professors of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4, senior lecturers of the same department Artem Bilousov, Larysa Sazanova, and lecturer Nataliia Olendra have completed the online course "Digital Security at the Personal Level" provided through the Prometheus massive open online course platform.
The teaching staff of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty № 3 - Anastasiia Baibak, Alona Bakhaieva and Natalia Hridina - worked with groups of cadets of Faculty № 3, where they are curators.
