"Today, changes are taking place not only in the National Police. Reforms are ongoing in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, service centers, and the entire leadership of the National Guard has been replaced. A routine process is underway to stabilize the situation," said Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko in an interview with Rada TV channel during the all-Ukrainian telethon "United News".

The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a concert at Vinnytsia Regional Philharmonic named after M. D. Leontovych for applicants for higher education of the Faculties № 2 and № 3. Stanislav Ivanov, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Faculty No. 1, together with Yevhenii Bidniachuk, Senior District Officer of the Police Department No. 1 of Vinnytsia Region, conducted a binary lesson on Police Deontology for the 1st year cadets of Faculty No. 3, Group 102.

Pavlo Mitrukhov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities and Crime Solution of the Faculty No. 2, together with Oleksandr Bilozor, Deputy Head of Vinnytsia Regional Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region, under the supervision of Serhii Kozachenko, Head of the Department, conducted a binary class on the discipline "Covert Investigative (Detective) Actions" for third-year cadets of the Faculty No. 2 on the topic "Peculiarities and Grounds for Conducting Covert Investigative (Detective) Actions".
