
The All-Ukrainian kettlebell lifting tournament ‘Pereiaslav Autumn 2024’ dedicated to the memory of the honorary worker of physical culture and sports of Ukraine Borys Sonko in the exercise ‘Guard snatch’ took place in Pereiaslav, in which the national team of KhNUIA in kettlebell lifting took part.

The members of the basketball team of KhNUIA together with the coach, senior lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI №2 Mykhailo Inshekov attended the match of the Ukrainian Basketball League as fans.

The academic staff of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the ERI №3 took part in an online course on the HELP platform ‘Introduction to the ECHR and the ECtHR’, dedicated to the next anniversary of the European Union.

Volodymyr Shapoval, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies of KhNUIA, delivered a report ‘Philosophy and Science of the Essence of Reality’ online at the conference.

In Vinnytsia city, KhNUIA cadets took part in the All-Ukrainian Thai Boxing Championship in honour of the Heroes of Artan. Dmytro Konstantynov, the coach and head of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI №2, prepared the youth for the competition. The judge of the competition was Bohdan Lukin, associate professor of the same department.

The curator, lecturer of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organisation of Pre-trial Investigation Iryna Nechaieva held an educational hour with the students of the ERI No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic ‘What are the requirements for ethical behaviour of police officers’. They discussed the provisions of the Code of Ethics of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Yevheniia Hladkova, a leading researcher at the Research Laboratory for Social and Psychological Support and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Educational and Research Institute №3, together with a team of volunteers from the Palms of Peace Charitable Foundation, continue to provide humanitarian aid.

Oleksii Serdiuk, Head of the Research Laboratory of Social and Psychological Support, Assistance and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Educational and Research Institute №3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the expert group meeting organised by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
