In order to promote a healthy lifestyle and on the occasion of the Day of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine, which is celebrated this year on September 9, students of the Faculty of Higher Education No. 1 visited and held sports and entertainment games "The Most Agile" with pupils of the pre-school educational institution No. 17 "Svitliachok" of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council.
The staff of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has been introduced to a new Deputy Dean. Natalia Mashnitska, PhD in Law, has been appointed to this position. The Rector of the university, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko, noted that while working at the university, Natalia Volodymyrivna has proven herself to be a professional, responsible and balanced person who cares about the higher education institution.
The Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko held a working meeting with the management and academic staff of the Faculty No. 6. At the beginning of the event, he presented the Acknowledgement of the Academic Council of the University to the Deputy Dean of the Faculty No. 6 Serhii Zahorodnii for his diligent work, high professionalism, responsible attitude to the performance of official duties and on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine.
Svitlana Lozova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, took part online in the annual conference of the European Society of Criminology EUROCRIM 2023 (pre-conference workshop) - 23 Annual Conference of the European Society of Criminology (Florence).
Dean of the Faculty Mykola Marchuk together with his deputies Yurii Onyshchenko and Oleksandr Shlomin familiarized the cadets with the requirements for studying, as well as told about the work of scientific clubs of the faculty departments, the volunteer movement operating at the university, the possibility of practicing various sports, etc.
At the beginning of the event, the participants observed a minute of silence to honor the courage, loyalty and heroism of those who gave their lives for the unity and independence of Ukraine, as well as all law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty.
Representatives of KhNUIA - Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Olena Fedorenko and Head of the Department of Psychological Support of the Correctional Facility Natalia Novikova - took part in the Seminar on Psychological Assistance for Professional Psychologists from Law Enforcement Agencies (Republic of Poland and Ukraine), organized by the European Union Advisory Mission.
Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 Mykhailo Inshekov conducted a practical lesson with the personnel of the daily patrol to practice the algorithm of actions for transporting people with disabilities who study at the University Driving School to the shelter when the "Air Alert" signal is announced.
