During the meeting of the Academic Council of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the university staff was awarded on the occasion of professional and state holidays, and a Diploma of Academic Degree was presented.
On the eve of the new academic year, a meeting of the Academic Council of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held. Issues related to the results of the admission campaign, the results of enrollment, and the work of the appeal committee were discussed.
The first-year students of Faculties 2 and 3, who have entered Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, have successfully completed the camp training and received their cadet shoulder straps. The Rector of the University, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko congratulated the boys and girls.
At the end of the camp training, a video lecture on the rules of ethical behavior of the National Police of Ukraine was held for freshmen. The event was attended by Iryna Protsenko and Yuliia Zastup, inspectors of the Public Relations Department of the Patrol Police Department.
On the eve of the new academic year, the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received a textbook as a gift from the authors: Dean of the Faculty № 6, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Oksana Brusakova, Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty № 6, Doctor of History, Professor Volodymyr Hrechenko, Head of the Preparatory Department of the Faculty № 6, Candidate of History, Associate Professor Oksana Maliutina.
Olha Medvedieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3 of KhNUIA, conducted training on stress resistance skills for the cadets of the camps of Faculties № 1 and № 4. The students gained theoretical knowledge about the nature and specifics of stress, as well as mastered practical skills of effective stress management.
The first-year cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs watched a series of films about the chronicles of the war in Slobozhanshchyna, stories of eyewitnesses who saw the racist atrocities with their own eyes. The stories were collected and organized by Kharkiv Press Club with the support of the U.S. Embassy's Democracy Fund in Ukraine as part of the project "Kharkiv Region: Destroyed but Unbreakable," united under the name "SCARS."
With the aim of military and patriotic and national and patriotic education of cadet youth, a meeting with Myroslav Smotrov, a military surgeon who is currently the Deputy Head of Medicine, Social Protection of the Population and Military Personnel of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council, was organized for the first-year students of the camp gathering of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of KhNUIA.
Vinnytsia TV channel aired a story in its news program "News" about the volunteer work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs cadets in weaving camouflage nets. Every day for more than six months, the cadets of the Faculty No. 3 have been joining the work of the veteran hub in weaving nets for our defenders.
Within the framework of the camp, the first-year students of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of KhNUIA met with Pavlo Makarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor. This time they discussed the important topic for future law enforcement officers "Professional and ethical requirements for the rules of conduct of police officers".
