Liliia Bondarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Sociology of the ERI №5, took part in the online forum “Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence”. The forum participants reviewed the main tools for managing their own emotions, discussed the skills of forming a high level of emotional intelligence.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs participated in the WAKO kickboxing championship of Ukraine among children's and youth sports schools and sports clubs.

For the 2nd year master's students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1, the lesson was conducted by Bohdan Honcharuk, Deputy Head of the Educational Security Service Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, and Andrii Voitsikhovskyi, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights.

Head of the Language Training Department Olena Stativka, Associate Professors of the same department Oleh Honcharuk and Valentyna Pochuieva, Senior Lecturers Artem Bilousov and Larysa Sazanova took part in the International Online Webinar for English Language Teachers “Getting Students Ready for Real Life” from Oxford University Press.

Eight teams took part in the volleyball tournament, organized and conducted by Vinnytsia Regional Volleyball Federation with the support of Vinnytsia Regional Military Academy, including the national team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. In a fierce competition, the university team won second place. Team members were awarded medals and diplomas.

Members of the scientific circle of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies Maksym Khylobokyi, Oleksandra Isaieva, Olesia Rykolenko, Viktoriia Pidhaina, Anzhela Stetsiuk, Daria Troianska together with their supervisor, senior lecturer of this department Nataliia Yelnikova, took the course “Speak. Motives” from the online education studio ‘EdEra’.

The cadets of the ERI №1 Valentyn Balkovyi and Volodymyr Hrytsenko took part in Kharkiv Regional Classic Powerlifting and Classic Bench Press Championships. According to the results of the competition among juniors, Valentyn Balkovyi won two first places, Volodymyr Hrytsenko took the second and third places.

On September 14, 2024, Hennadii Kozhevnikov, a man who devoted many years of his life to the fight against crime, passed away. He worked in various positions in the prosecutor's office, headed Kharkiv Region Prosecutor's Office, and served as the First Deputy Prosecutor of the Southern Transport Prosecutor's Office.

Representatives of the regional branch of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine in Khmelnytskyi region continue to conduct training on first aid for higher education students of the ERI No. 1. At the beginning of the training, the participants gained knowledge of the theoretical block: the principles of first aid in case of bleeding, wounds, injuries, burns, and emergency conditions.

The first meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law “Actual Problems of Theory and History of State and Law” in the academic year was held with the participation of the department's academic staff and higher education students.
