During the meeting of the Academic Council, university employees were awarded. Diploma of the winner of the All-Ukrainian (national) competition of scientific and educational publications on law, security and European integration "Jurisprudence" for the 1st place in the nomination "Scientific Journal of Law" for the scientific journal "Law and Security" of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs to the rector of the university to the correspondent member of the National of the Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Valerii Sokurenko was presented by the Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Serhii Husarov.

The event was chaired by Valerii Sokurenko, Rector of the University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine. The meeting was also attended by Ivan Ishchenko, Head of the MDNP in Vinnytsia region.

A regular meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies of the Faculty No. 6 was held, where the results of the club's work for the 2022/2023 academic year were summarized and the immediate goals for the next six months were determined. The meeting was opened by the Head of the scientific group, Associate Professor Volodymyr Tulupov.

The 2nd year cadets of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are actively involved in volunteering. This time they joined the weaving of camouflage nets for the military and learned a new weaving technique.

Daria Kolosnikova, a 2nd year cadet of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in a charity art festival in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which took place in Sumy on Teatralna Square. As a volunteer of the Created charitable foundation, she applied aqua makeup to children.

Olena Syniavska, Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics of the Faculty № 6, Doctor of Law, Professor, attended an online seminar for lecturers "Preserving Psycho-Emotional Balance and Developing Psychological Stress Resistance in the Context of Socio-Economic Instability" conducted by Andrii Beshlei, founder of the Center for Transpersonal Psychology (Lviv) and received a certificate.

The staff, cadets and master's students of the Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, at the invitation of the village head of Agronomic Village Council Serhii Sitarskyi, joined a charity event held in Agronomic community of Ilkivtsi village.

The 1st year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Anastasiia Petrovych, Svitlana Danyliuk, Victoriia Mosiichuk, Nataliia Orhan and Yaroslav Varman held career guidance meetings with graduates of secondary schools in Volyn and Rivne regions.

On the eve of the International Children's Day, employees of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, cadets of the Faculty No. 1 together with the curator of the study group, Professor of the same department Yulia Zahumenna congratulated the pupils of the preschool education institution No. 17 "Svitliachok" of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council of Khmelnytskyi region on the holiday.
