Since the beginning of the war, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was forced to relocate to other regions of Ukraine to preserve its staff and continue training new police officers for the Security and Defence Forces.

Under the scientific guidance of Vitalii Naida, Head of the School of Scientific Leadership, researcher at the Research Laboratory for Psychological Support of Law Enforcement, the cadet prepared an essay on “Modern Challenges for Legal Education: the Need for Reforms and Innovations”.
