Dear colleagues! I congratulate you on your professional holiday - Science Day in Ukraine! Today, when the Russian aggression against Ukraine continues, when our people are fighting for independence, integrity, sovereignty and freedom, the role of science has increased significantly. In modern world, intellectual resources are the main driver of state defense and society development.

Dear scientific community! I sincerely congratulate the scientists of Kharkiv region who today demonstrate to Ukraine and the whole world their reinforced concrete invincibility! In the face of the aggressor's devastating wave, you not only did not give up, but you continue research in the field of defense capabilities, basic science, defend Ukraine with arms in hand, and volunteer.

The cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the celebrations dedicated to the Day of Kamianets-Podilskyi. The audience of the festive concert greeted the singing talents of the university with sincere applause.

Olena Lukianykhina, Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, has successfully completed the advanced training of a teacher of the discipline "Life Safety" at the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Protection.

During the week, members of Sumy chapter of ELSA, which operates on the basis of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in online meetings with candidates for the positions of ELSA Ukraine board members for the next academic year.

Cadets of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with representatives of the Patrol Police Department in Sumy region joined the nationwide charity event "Give Blood - Save Lives" to treat road accident victims.

Inna Strok, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the Faculty No. 1, and Kseniia Shulha, Judge of Kamianets-Podilskyi City District Court of Khmelnytskyi Region, held a binary class for masters of the Faculty No. 1 within the framework of the discipline "Criminal Justice: Legal Doctrines and Principles of Lawmaking".

Within the framework of the discipline "Life Safety and Occupational Health and Safety", the Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines Olena Lukianykhina conducted a binary lesson with the participation of the psychologist of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Anna Yarova on the topic "Methods and techniques of effective communication of a law enforcement officer".

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA Yuliia Inshenkova held a meeting with students of Dovzhok Educational Complex "Secondary School of I-III Degrees, Collegium" in Dovzhok village, Kamianets-Podilskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region.
