May 16, 2023 marks the 70th anniversary of the birth of Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Tiahlo. He is one of the first Doctors of Sciences to come to the newly established Kharkiv University of Internal Affairs.
