A legal clinic branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was opened in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi. Scientific and pedagogical staff and students of higher education will provide free legal assistance to citizens in various fields of law - civil, labor, administrative, economic, etc.
Curator of the study group, senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 6 Yuliia Mytrofanova held another online meeting with students, which was dedicated to the anniversary of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The curator prepared a video that reflects the strength and unity of the entire country and people in this difficult time, the support that Ukrainians provide to each other, the indomitability of the nation and faith in victory.
The management of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA, together with the employees of the preparatory department, held another online meeting with future applicants. Pupils and their parents, managers and teachers of secondary educational institutions of the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region were invited.
Zakhar Demydov, a senior researcher at the research laboratory on problems of information technologies and combating crime in cyberspace of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the webinar "Outsmart Cybercriminals with Proactive Attack Surface Management".
As part of the practical training of full-time Master's students of the Faculty No. 3, majoring in "Psychology", Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 Pavlo Makarenko, together with the senior inspector for special assignments in Sumy region of the Department of Cyber Police of the National Police of Ukraine, Maksym Reva, conducted a practical binary class on educational disciplines "Criminal Psychology".
Associate Professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 Andrii Pozhydaiev, together with specialists of the Department of Technical and Forensic Support of the Department of Explosives Service of the MDNP in Kharkiv Region, Senior Inspector for Special Assignments, Police Major Yurii Panishev, and II Category Inspector Daniil Apostol, conducted a class on the topic "Explosive objects, classification and types".
The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty No. 4 took part in the webinar "The European Law on Artificial Intelligence: Regulation of the Use of AI for Law Enforcement Purposes." It was conducted by the Center for Civil Liberties and the international non-profit human rights organization "ABA ROLI" within the framework of the joint project "Promoting Internet Freedom in Ukraine".
Vitalii Pchelin, professor of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, conducted a binary class on the discipline "Administrative and jurisdictional activity of the police" on the topic "Preventive (prophylactic) police activity" with the participation of Leonid Tereshchuk, an investigator of the inquiry sector of Volodymyrivskyi RPD of the MDNP in Volyn region.
In order to obtain a high level of competence for students studying in the first and second years of the university in the educational and professional program "Law Enforcement", Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics of the Faculty No. 6 Mykolai Holub and Inspector of the Domestic Violence Counteraction Sector of Kharkiv District Department No. 2 Kateryna Shved held a lecture binary lesson on academic discipline "Administrative and jurisdictional activity of the police".
Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3, Olena Fedorenko, held a career orientation event at Khmelnytskyi Lyceum of the II-III degrees with the assistance of the Lyceum administration, in particular, the Deputy Director for Educational Work, Valentyna Pavlyshyna.
