The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are studying in the specialty "Accounting and Taxation", had a lesson in the "Museum of Money" of Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics of KNTEU.
The students learned a lot of interesting and useful information about the historical manifestations of the development of money and money circulation in Ukraine and abroad, and got acquainted with the collection of coins from around the world.
Assistant Professor of KhNUIA Social and Economic Disciplines Department (Faculty No. 2), Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Maryna Petchenko successfully completed advanced training on the topic "Soft skills during war". Representatives of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics, Management, Law and Information Technologies of the Poltava State Agrarian University organized the event.
Mariia Ivakh, a 1st-year volunteer student of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who is studying law enforcement, took part in the Friend from the Shelter festival. Maria regularly visits and helps Sumy Society for the Protection of Animals in her spare time.
From May 1 to May 7, 2023, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in cooperation with partners (Cyber Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine, Science Park "Science and Security") is conducting the Cyber KNUIA webquest for graduates of general secondary, vocational and professional higher education institutions of Ukraine.
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 27.04.2023 No. 491, the collection of scientific papers "Bulletin of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs" was assigned category "B" in psychological sciences (specialty 053). The purpose of the publication is to disseminate the results of scientific research and best practices of the scientific and pedagogical staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and other higher education institutions.
Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Oleksii Salmanov took part in the interregional training "Illicit firearms trafficking – investigation techniques" in Warsaw (Republic of Poland) from the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL).
Regular online career guidance meetings were held with future applicants from Kherson and Donetsk regions. During the events, Yurii Onyshchenko, Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work of the Faculty No. 4, representatives of the selection organization sectors of the Human Resources Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kherson Region, together with future applicants discussed the features of the 2023 admission campaign.
The donor movement at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues. The students of the Faculty №2 replenished the stocks of donated blood and its components to help the defenders of Ukraine who were injured during combat missions.

The lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty №4 of KhNUIA Artem Bilousov together with the inspector of the Juvenile Prevention Sector of Kryvyi Rih Illia Teimurov and the inspector of the Department of Counteraction to Cybercrime in Chernivtsi region Ihor Chyzhyk conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "Foreign Language for Professional Purposes"
