On the territory of Sumy Oblast, the work of freelance groups of territorial units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine continues, which conduct information and explanatory work among the population of the region. Employees of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service in Khmelnytskyi region, who are part of the freelance group, conducted thematic training for cadets of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

As part of studying "History and Culture of Ukraine", 1st-year law students of Sumy branch of KhNUIA visited Sumy Regional Art Museum named after N. Onatskyi, which is a real treasury of domestic and foreign art of the 16th - 21st centuries.

On the occasion of St. Nicholas Day, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a children's drawing competition on the theme "I am safe with the MIA", which will be held from December 1 to 19. Participants of the competition are children under the age of 14 included.

As part of teaching the special course "Actions of investigative teams of the National Police of Ukraine on the documentation of war crimes on the de-occupied territories" for students of higher education of the Faculty No. 3, Professor of the Department of Criminology, Forensic Expertise and Pre-Medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 Oleksandr Yuhno conducted a practical session on the topic "Preparation and appointment of forensic experts during the investigation of war crimes on the de-occupied territories".
